Na floresta encantada d'A Vaca que ri, as crianças aprendem que uma vida saudável é feita de uma alimentação completa e variada, combinada com exercício físico e muita gargalhada.
Cá em casa, tudo o que leva pauzinho e é transformado num lollipop costuma fazer sucesso.
Por isso, quando a empresa portuguesa que representa os queijinhos d'A Vaca que ri me desafiou a criar um lanche divertido com os seus produtos, lembrei-me de transformar estes triângulos num gelado instantâneo de queijo. O toque de magia foi dado com uma pincelada de mel e sprinkles coloridos.
Depois, como me fizeram lembrar árvores, decidi criar uma floresta mágica, onde não faltaram algumas macieiras.
De facto, o lanche só com queijo estaria incompleto, por isso, o passo seguinte foi transformar e inventar...

Here at home, everything that is transformed into a lollipop, usually turns to be a big success.
So when the Portuguese company that represents "The Laughing Cow" challenged me to create a fun snack with their products, I remembered to turn their cheese wedges into small lollipops. The magic touch was given with a dab of honey and colored sprinkles .
Then, as they looked like trees, I decided to create an enchanted forest, with some apple trees too.
In fact, this kid's snack wouldn't be complete only with cheese, so the next step was to invent and transform ...

Versão lollipop
Queijinhos triangulares "A Vaca que ri"
Pauzinhos de gelado
Mel qb
Sprinkles coloridos qb
Introduzir o pauzinho de gelado na base do triângulo com cuidado (poderá fazê-lo também com fatias triangulares de maçã, regadas com umas gotinhas de limão).
Pincelar o queijinho com mel (ou geleia) e polvilhar com os confeitos coloridos.
Está pronto a saborear!

Carefully, insert the ice-cream stick in the base of the cheese wedge (you can do this with triangular slices of apple too, drizzled with a few drops of lemon juice).
Brush the little cheese wedges with honey (or jam) and sprinkle with sprinkles.
It's ready to enjoy!
